Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. During public holidays orders can take a little longer to dispatch, if there are any complications with your order you will be notified. You will receive a tracking number once your order is being processed.
All shipments to the United States of America are handled by our shipping partner DHL Express.
All products listed on our US website are inclusive of delivery, we utilise a DHL 48-Hour service for all US orders... whilst the service offered by DHL is a 2-day service Quasar Products Limited can not be held responsible for any delays with your shipment.
For all US shipments, you will receive tracking information via DHL's automated service; this will be via Email, SMS or both subject to what information you supply us with whilst completing your checkout.
Please note that any customs duties/import taxes will be liable for payment by you as the customer, Quasar Products Limited will accept no liability for these charges.
Quasar Products Limited can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you. If you choose this as a convenient option for you to handle your delivery, we are not responsible if the parcel is lost or stolen.
If you’d prefer to not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, Quasar Products Limited and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. This is applicable if you choose the leave with a neighbour option, deliver to a safe place and delivery to a delivery point.
We can not guarantee shipping times.
Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.
UK public holidays and sales periods will effect dispatch dates.
All deliveries are tracked from Quasar Products Limited.
A calling card will be left with information on how to arrange a re-delivery if you were not in when the courier called.
